The denim skirt is a wardrobe staple and something that comes back around year after year. While blue is the classic, I love this slightly vintage washed black denim mini skirt with frayed hem from & Other Stories. Paired with a simple tee or cami and trainers or slides, it is the perfect day time look.

Mules have quickly become the must-have shoe of the season and this satin cross pair from NAKD fashion will have you bang on trend. I love the vibrant colour and the fringed detail. These would great worn with red for the colour block look or with a simple jeans and blazer outfit.

Polka dots are the new gingham…I’m calling it! After investing heavily in gingham (i.e. massively jumped on the bandwagon) I am ready for a new print in my life. This H&M cold shoulder top is the perfect way to introduce polka dots to your wardrobe. This would look great dressed up for a night out or personally, I would wear this with some wide legged cropped white jeans and plain white runners for day time. It also comes in a super pretty plain pink.

Stripes are always a winner in the style stakes and this little beaut of a dress from Sabo Skirt is no exception. I love the off the shoulder and flared sleeve details and can almost picture myself swanning around Santorini in it. I would pair this with tan sandals or espadrilles and a rattan bag for ultimate summer chic.

I never thought I would see the day where I would hang up my skinnies but I am loving looser, more relaxed fit jeans. I’ve had my eye on these off white jeans from Mango for a while and now they are reduced in the sale. It’s a sign. These jeans would look great with tees or shirts and are ideal for easy day to day looks.
