The sun has set on Summer for another year and I am throwing myself into Autumn/ Winter dressing! I personally feel it’s easier to dress in Summer as you can pick up lots of inexpensive, on trend pieces to take you through the season. However, for Autumn/ Winter I think its important to invest in good quality classic pieces like coats and footwear in particular.
One thing I am definitely missing in my capsule A/W wardrobe is a good quality pair of loafers. A good pair of loafers will go with everything from trousers and jeans to dresses and skirts. They are also perfect for both casual and office wear. Obviously, the dream would be a pair of buttery soft Gucci’s but until I win big on the lotto it’s the high street for me. There’s lots of choice out there and I took to my Instagram to ask my lovely followers for their recommendations and boy did they come through. When I originally asked for rec’s on Instagram lots of you let me know that you are also looking for the perfect pair of loafers and asked if I could share the results.
